| Summary: | These seminars were organised and specifically directed to those people who are planning to create a quality rural tourism establishment, and as the participants were already part of the PRODER programme interest was significant.
After the seminar, a CD was made highlighting the tourist attractions in the Urgell area. It was intended as an informative extension to the seminars and as an interactive guide. The CD contains information on tourist typologies, legislation, associations and rural tourism federation and a major section on the tourist attractions in Urgell. |

| Summary: | The main objectives of this study are the analysis of the potential supply and demand of tourism services in the Les Garrigues area and the establishment of a base for a future global strategy of tourism development in the area.
Hand in hand with this study those aspects needing attention will emerge, giving an impulse to the tourism sector. The limitations and lacks which slow tourism down will become evident. Planning will be carried out in order to improve the current situation and at the same time highlight the strengths of the area which need to be potentialised in order to incentivize and activate this economic sector. |

| Summary: | Project to analyse the interrelation between supply and demand of tourism services in the Somantano area which has fully consolidated its tourist industry through the Dynamization of Tourism Plan, along with support from the regional and state governments. CEDRICAT comes in at this point to put improvement policies in services and tourist attractions in the area into action. |

| Summary: | The project consists of the following phases:
- Phase A. Identification of the tourist and artisan business composition in the zone; and the types of tourist products which are available.
- Phase B. Co-ordination of local bodies, grants and the Management Organisation of the Bosque la Primavera (Spring Forest) Protected Flora and Fauna Area (FIDEICOMISO).
- Phase C. Training and interchange of knowledge.
- Phase D. Tourist product design, complementary to the creation and consolidation of the accommodation and restaurant infrastructure.
- Phase E. Presentation of the project results to tourist agents, artisans and local bodies in Mexico and Catalonia.

| Summary: | Technical assistance, from a tourism point of view regarding these emerging areas in order to contribute to their invigoration, starting from appropriate management of its own resources or understanding of expectations and motivation in its touristic demand.
Both studies have been adapted to the needs that local agents have uncovered in order to offer proposals for action according to the requirements of each area.

| Summary: | Four training modules designed to provide quality management tools for business people and businesses in the Les Garrigues area. They are intended to promote quality brands and improving commercialisation and marketing techniques, among others. The modules use a participative methodology to aid in the cohesion of the sector looking towards the constitution of a tourist association in the area.
This action is part of the tourism planning started in the Tourism Development Plan of the area, in order to meet the needs of the private tourism sector in the area.

| Summary: | Analysis as a starting point in order to apply suitable measures in sustainable development of the Albagés Reservoir, in a manner which is compatible with its main function relating to the Segarra-Garrigues Canal. Initial planning will be defined and the most suitable management formulas will be selected. Specifically, tourist potential as a result of the reservoir will be identified and evaluated in order to note any socio-economic dynamization opportunities.

| Summary: | The seminars have the following aims:
- 1.Provide quality training for the owners or managers of tourism establishments and future businesspeople and workers in the culture of oil within the tourism sector.
- 2. Strengthen relationships and internal co-operation within the local tourism network, which is in a position of creating an association which contributes to the galvanisation of the tourism industry.
- 3. Put forward the possibility of creating complementary synergies within the tourism and oil sectors in order to go hand-in-hand towards the promotion of the culture of oil as a galvanisation strategy of the area.
- 4. Stimulate the links between the private and public tourism sectors with the objective of introducing work guidelines and joint collaboration.

- PHASE B: definition of marketing strategy of the eco-tourism brand name "Bosque La Primavera" (Spring Forest).
- PHASE C: Set up a network of collaboration which reinforces and strengthens the eco-tourism strategy, encouraging the participation of the business sector, tourism associations and public bodies linked to Bosque La Primavera (Spring Forest) in Mexico as well as in Catalonia.
